摘要
采用明矾[AlK(SO4)2·12H2O]、氯化镁(MgCl2·6H2O)及实验室合成的多元复合阻燃剂(AlP)为耐火填充剂制备聚丙烯酰胺凝胶,作为灌浆法复合防火玻璃的透明夹层材料。进行了透明夹层材料DTA和TG分析以及复合防火玻璃的耐火性能模拟试验。结果表明,AlP单独使用时的隔热作用不明显,但与氯化镁复配使用时具有比明矾更好的隔热作用,可以有效提高复合防火玻璃的耐火时间。
Polyacrylamide (AIP) was made by AIK (SO4)2·12H2O, MgCl2·6H2O and multivariate composite fire retardant. The polyacrylamide was the interlayer of fireresisting glass. The DTA and TG analysis was done to the interlayer materials ,and the fire resisting experiment was done to the fire-resisting glass. It showed that the use of AIP only has no obvious effect to insulate beat. The use of sodium magnesium with AIP insulated heat better than the use of sodium magnesium with alum and could extend the fire endurance of fire-resisting glass.
