摘要
主要介绍了基于单片机控制的绕线机系统设计,利用软硬件结合,实现对绕线机工作状态的自动控制和精确控制。精密排线是通过单片机输出的CP脉冲和方向信号,准确控制步进电机的步进、跳段等工作状态来实现的。绕线机控制系统既可以预先设定多种规格或型号的绕组,又可以根据用户需要随时设置新型绕组。单片机控制系统的绕线机,具有自动化程度高、成本低、体积小、控制精确等优点。
This paper introduces the design of a winder control system based on 89C52, which can control the winder's work state automatically and accurately. Using CP pulse and direction signal from 89C52 to control the stepping and sipping of stepper motor, precise wire arranging can be realized. The winder can not only wind many type windings by setup in advance but also wind new type windings on user's requirement and have many advantages, such as high automatic, low cost, small volume and high precision.
