摘要
阳离子表面活性剂与二甲酚橙在pH7~8的溶液中发生显色反应.用修正光度法处理,能有效消除空白干扰,提高分析灵敏度.该方法检出限为0.08mg/L,线性范围0~15mg/L,加标回收率96%~102%,适于环境痕量分析.
Cation surface reactive reagent is reacted with xylenol orange in the solution pH 7~8. The trace cationic surfactant is analyzed with collection spectrophotometry, this method can eliminate the disturbance of blank color and increase the analytical sensibility. Through some experiments, this method can detect 0.08 mg/L ,linear range 0~15 mg/L and recovery of 96%~102%,which could be used in environmental trace analysis.
