摘要
炼油厂糠醛装置抽提塔内不锈钢鲍尔环填料在长期运行过程中结有糠醛焦,影响传质。分析了结焦原因。选用一种水基清洗剂对鲍尔环进行化学清洗,收到较好的效果。
The coke of and fouling on the stainless Bauer Ring packing in the extraction tower of the furfural unit in the oil refinery will affect the mass transfer. This reason is analyzed. To adopt a water -based cleaning agent cleaning the Bauer Ring packing and got a good result.
