浅谈如何控制空心板预制质量

近年来25m跨径以下的公路桥梁,上部结构多采用预制空心板,其优点施工方便,吊装运输安全,稳定性好。但在空心板预制过程中,易出现病害和质量问题,如处理不好,将会埋下质量隐患,影响桥梁使用寿命,甚至造成重大交通事故。根据以往的工作实践,就空心板预制施工中易出现的质量问题,分析产生病害的主要原因,提出施工改进措施。

In recent years, the upper structure of Highway Bridge, which span within 25m, is often made of prefabricated hollow slab. The prefabricated hollow slab can be constructed easily, transport safely and more stable, but the use maybe brings some hidden quality dangers to affect the life of structure, or even to cause serious traffic accidents when not to be placed importance on. This paper discusses the common quality troubles, analyzes the main reason and proposes the improvement of the construction.
