黄颡鱼胚胎发育早期氨基酸变化的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用生物化学方法测定了黄颡鱼成熟卵及早期胚胎的氨基酸组成。结果表明:在成熟卵和早期胚胎中均检测到16种氨基酸,含量高的主要是Glu、Leu、Ala、Asp、Lys、Val,必需氨基酸中含量最高的是Leu,非必需氨基酸中Glu含量最高。成熟卵和受精卵在含量和组成上均相似;氨基酸总量在胚胎早期发育中呈下降的趋势,在卵裂期下降较快,表明部分氨基酸参与了能量的提供。在囊胚期和原肠胚期,随着卵黄物质的不断水解,氨基酸含量逐渐回升,为此后的胚胎发育提供物质准备。神经胚期及器官形成初期,氨基酸含量下降,表明一部分氨基酸继续作为能源消耗外,一部分参与了胚胎内组织器官的形成。 The amino acid composition of mature egg and embryo during early development of Pelteobagrus fiulvidraco were assayed via biochemical methods. The results showed that a total of 16 amino acids were detected in mature egg and embryos. The predominant types were Glu, Leu, Ala, Asp, Lys, and Val, among which Leu titer ranked the first a- mong essential types, and Glu is the highest among non - essential ones. The content and composition were almost the same between mature egg and fertilized egg. The total content decreased during early development stages. Total amino acid content decreased quickly during cleavage stage, indicated that some might act as energy resource. Combined with the hydrolysis of yolk substance during blastula and gastrula stage, content of total amino acid increased. They were prepared for substance supply in later embryonic development. The total content decreased during nerve embryo and organ forming stage, revealing that some might also be used to form the new tissues and organs in embryo.
