深圳市福田区汽车维修企业职业卫生现况调查

Investigation on Occupational Health Status of Automobile Maintenance Enterprises in Futian District of Shenzhen City

[目的]了解深圳市福田区汽车维修企业存在的主要职业卫生问题。[方法]对福田区44家汽车维修企业的基本情况、职业卫生管理及劳动者职业性健康检查等现状进行调查,对其作业环境职业性有害因素进行监测。[结果]福田区汽车维修企业均未开展职业病危害因素申报、作业场所职业病危害因素监测及劳动者职业健康检查;车间布局不合理、卫生防护设施未设置或不合理;部分监测点苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、丙酮浓度及噪声强度超标。[结论]深圳市福田区汽车维修企业的职业卫生问题不容忽视,应采取相应的预防对策和措施。

[Objective] To investigate the main occupational health problems of automobile maintenance enterprises in Futian district of Shenzhen city. [Methods] The basic status, occupational health management and inspection of workers from 44 enterprises were investigated in the district and occupational noxious substances of occupational environment were inspected. [Results] Declaration of existing occupational hazards, inspection of occupational noxious substances and physical examination of workers did not carry out. The overall arrangements of workshops were unreasonable, and health safeguard measures were unreasonable or were not set. Concentration of benzene, dimethylbenzene, butyl acetate, acetone and intensity of noise exceed health standard. [Conclusion] Because of the occupational health problems of automobile maintenance enterprises exist in Futian district, the prevention measures should be strengthen in the future.
