Reading room is the place where magazines are collected, as well as an important source for readers to get information. Reading room in colleges is not only rich in information but also a key origin for college students to acquire knowledge. The thesis first explores the anti - regulations existing in reading rooms of colleges and then analyzes the reasons. Finally effective measures are put forward to deal with the problem.
