大学生思想政治教育和就业工作二者相互联系,相互促进。为了适应当前就业形势和大学生就业的需要,高校在就业工作中必须加强大学生思想政治教育。突出理想信念教育,加强就业形势政策教育、诚信教育、职业道德教育、创业教育、心理健康教育,引导和帮助大学生树立正确的成才观和就业观、培养优良的道德品质和积极的人生态度,对于促进高校毕业生就业具有积极作用。

The ideological and political education and employment work that are mutually interlinked facilitate each other. In order to adapt to the current employment situation and the employment needs of university students, universities must strengthen the ideological and political education in employment work. It is important to highlight the education of ideals and beliefs, to strengthen the education of employment situation and policy, the credit education, professional ethics education, the entrepreneurship education and the mental health education, and to guide and assist university students to establish a correct concept of talent and employment outlook. These factors mean to cultivate students＇ good moral character and positive attitude towards life, as well as play a positive role in promoting the employment of university graduates.
