Viewing the Path Choice of Orderly Political Participation of Citizens in China from the Aspect of Mass Incidents

扩大公民有序的政治参与是建设社会主义政治文明的重要内容。本文以群体性突发事件为切入点,在对政治参与内涵及价值进行梳理的基础上,对当前我国公民政治参与的特点进行了分析,并从公平正义、制度建构以及公民文化培育等方面提出建构我国公民有序政治参与的路径选择。

Summary of the essay： Expanding orderly political participation of citizens is an important aspect of building socialist political civilization. In this paper, with mass emergencies as the breakthrough point, based on the analysis of the connotation and the value of political participation, the author carried out an analysis of the current characteristics of political participation of Chinese citizens, and produced path choice of building orderly political participation of citizens in China from aspects of equity, justice, system construction and cultivating civil culture etc.
