潜规则对大学生的影响日益广泛,危害着大学生思想道德建设。大学生信奉潜规则的主要原因可以概括为:利益诉求正常渠道得不到满足;市场化对大学生道德价值观的影响;大学精神的异位和缺失以及大学生自身修养的缺陷。减少乃至消除潜规则的影响,要完善显规则,加大违规惩罚力度;推进高校体制改革,重塑大学精神;加强大学生人生观、价值观的教育;增加政策透明度,加强舆论监督。
