构建女性社区服务网络:深圳、香港的比较研究

Constructing Women's Community Service Network:A Comparative Study between Shenzhen and Hong Kong

社区服务是社会公共服务的重要组成部分。女性是推动社会发展的重要力量,也是社区服务的组织者、参与者和最直接的受益者。通过对深圳、香港两地女性在社区服务中发挥作用的状况进行分析比较可以发现,香港不同层次、不同群体的女性都与社区有联系,从不同角度以不同方式在社区服务中发挥作用,形成网络化的服务格局并有序运作。借鉴香港经验,深圳的社区服务网络构想的基本框架为"一家统管四大层面,一种意识四个理念",以实现社区服务全覆盖。

Community service is an important part of social public service. And women are an important power to promote social development and organizers, participants and direct beneficiaries of community services. Due to the comparative analysis of women＇ s functions in community services in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, we find that women of different levels and groups in Hong Kong are related with community, and they fulfill their functions from different angles and in different ways, and form network service situation and work in order. Learning from Hong Kong＇ s experiences, the basic framework of community service network in Shenzhen we suppose is ＂one concept dominating four levels, one ideology four views＂ to realize the whole coverage of community service.
