China's Asia Pacific Strategy in the New Era

亚太地区已成为当今世界最大最重要的政治经济中心，２１世纪将是亚太世纪。我国是亚太地区的大国，又是驱动亚太成为世界中心的最大原动力，因此，亚太的崛起给我国的发展既带来了机遇又面临挑战。本文提出我国的亚太战略可概括为：稳定周边，立足亚太。

Abstract Asia-Pacific region has become the largest and most important political and economic center,and the 21st century will become the Asia Pacific century.China is a big country existing in the Asia Pacific region and also the principal motive force making it the center of the world.Obviously,The rise of Asia Pacific region brings China both opportunity and challenge.The author of this paper summarizes China s Asia Pacific strategy as follows:consolidating the neighborhood and having a foothold in Asia Pacific region. She also puts forward her counter measures for the fulfillment of this strategy.
