An novel comprehensive experiment teaching reform was progressed on the basis of mordern teaching ideas such as improvement of scientific quality and of innovation ability for undergraduate in the field of environment engineering. This article introduced the construction and the management method of comprehensive laboratories, the building course of teacher teams with all around development and the approach to put experiment teaching reform into practice.
