结合全国普通高校青年教师多、科技水平弱的现状,构建并实践"学生竞赛-科技创新-教师科研"的互动模式。该模式以学生各种竞赛活动为主体,学生竞赛和教师科研相结合,吸引和鼓励广大教师积极参与到学科竞赛活动中,借学科竞赛锻炼青年教师队伍,提升教师科研水平。

Combining with current situation that many young teachers have poor researching ability in national ordinary university, the mutual mold of subject contest - technology innovation - teaching research is established and practiced. This mode takes subject contest as the main body, combining with subject contest and teacher scientific research. This mode encourages the young teacher to participate in the subject contests and improves teachers scientific research abilities and students technology innovation via the course contests.
