摆是云南傣族村寨仪式生活中最普遍、最重视的一种仪式活动,特别是帕嘎摆时间长、场面大、消费高,主要内容及核心部分是"卤"和"阿祚"。其中做摆助兴过程中的休闲娱乐健身活动又是最热闹、最吸引人的部分,能达到娱神佛、娱人又娱己的目的,蕴含着东方式的休闲娱乐健康观。

＂Bai＂ is the most common and valuable ceremony activity of Dai nationality in Yunnan. Especially ＂bai＂ in Paga lasts for a long time;its scene is great; its consumption is high; its essential contents and core ingredient is ＂Lu＂ and ＂a zuo In ＂bai＂ ceremony activity,the leisure entertainment activity is liveliest and the most appealing part; it can amuse not only God and Buddha but also people and oneself; it contains the oriental idea of fitness ,leisure and entertainment.
