摘要
元认知是指人类对自身认知活动的自我意识和自我调节,即所谓的"认知的认知"。听力也是二语习得过程中的一个重要成份,是语言输入的重要媒介。因此,怎样提高大学生的听力能力一直是研究者关注的焦点。在前人关于听力元认知结果的基础上,本研究以120名专科生为研究对象,对他们进行了听力元认知能力培训。结果表明该培训能有效地提高学生的元认知意识,并促进了学生听力学习成绩的提高。
Metacognition is "cognition about cognition". It refers to the self-awareness and self-control of one' s cognitive activities. Listening is an important component in the process of second language acquisition and the most important medium for input in language learning as well. Thus how to improve students' listening ability has also become the research focus. Based on the results of previous studies on listening metacognition, this study reports a one-term metacognitive-strategies-based listening instruction program for 120 tertiary college students. The result shows that this training has effectively improved students' metacognitive awareness and students' level of listening comprehension.
