摘要
人事代理制度是高校人事管理制度改革的重要尝试。文章分析了人事代理制度在高校中的实行现状,以及它对高校的人事改革的重要意义。对高校人事代理制度在实施过程存在的问题进行了探析,并给出了相关的建议和对策。
The personnel agent system is an important attempt to the reform of personnel management system of college and university. This article introduces the present situation of its implementing and its importance to the personmel reform. This thesis explores the existing problems in its implementation. Finally the article puts forward concrete measures and recommendations.
