试论当前高校共青团建设与管理中存在的几个问题及其对策

当前,青年大学生对高校共青团组织是认同的,其开展的活动得到了青年学生的积极参与,团组织有较强的吸引力,团组织的服务水平逐步提高。但与适应形势发展要求和大学生发展需求相比,仍面临许多困难和问题,团组织的服务功能有待进一步完善。文章着重探讨在新形势下高校共青团组织建设与管理的问题,寻求高校共青团建设与管理的有效途径,推动高校共青团发展,提高其服务学生成长发展需要的能力和水平,推动社会经济发展,促进社会和谐。

At present, the CYL organizations are recognized by college students, and its service level is rising gradually. But compared with the requirements of the situation and the college students, the CYL organizations are still in face of many problems. This paper focuses on these problems in the CYL organization construction and management to seek effective ways so as to promote the CYL development, the social economy development and the social harmony.
