摘要
目的研究光刺激和时间延迟因素对脑的视觉功能区18F-FDG代谢影响。方法应用PET/CT对21例正常人脑行18F-FDG PET显像,注射后1h按有无光刺激分成二组,并于注射后2h后分别再次采集脑部图像,分析光刺激和时间延迟因素是否会引起18F-FDG在脑内的再分布。结果在给予光刺激后,大脑的布劳德曼(Brodmann)17、18、19分区、中枕回、楔叶及舌回区域对称性代谢增高,而在丘脑、前连合、胼胝体、尾状核及海马部位则对称性降低。在未受光线视觉刺激研究组,早期相和延迟相未见视觉传导通路上脑区代谢变化。结论18F-FDG在引入体内后,如果未有光线刺激,其视觉功能区的代谢分布尚可保持相对稳定;反之,光线刺激可引起18F-FDG在脑内的再分布及视觉功能区的代谢变化。
Objective To study the effect of photostimulation and time delay to the redistribution of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) in brain visual functional area. Methods 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging data acquired from 21 healthy people were collected. They were divided into two groups according to whether there was photostimulation and images were collected in early, phase (1 h after injection) and lag phase (2h after injection) respectively. With statistics based by pixel, paired t-test was used in brain functional region between early phase and lag phase to analyze whether the photostimulation and time factor will lead redistribution of 18F-FDG in brain. Results After photostimulation, the metabolism of hrodmann 17, brodmann18, brodmann19, middle occipital gyms, euneus, lingual gyrus increased in both side. At the same time, the metabolism of thalamus, anterior commissure, corpus callosum, caudate nucleus was decreased. There were no differences of brain visual functional area between the early phase and the lag phase in the control group. Conclusion After injection of 18F-FDG, the uptake of 18F-FDG of the brain visual functional area would remain stable without photostimulation. Otherwise photostimulation can lead redistribution of 18F-FDG in brain and metabolism changes of brain visual functional area.
