摘要
针对某型号汽车车门下沉问题,建立了车门下沉刚度的有限元模型,利用计算机仿真的方法对车门的下沉刚度进行了分析,依具体问题提出了改进措施,并对改进后车门模态进行了计算。改进后车门最大位移由原来的5.298 mm降为2.391 mm,满足了下沉刚度的要求。
The FE model of one kind of car doors is set up in order to solve the problem of its sag. Its sag stiffness and improved car model through the method of computer simulation is analyzed,actual feasible measure on the base of analysis is presented,and the mode of improved back car door is calculated,whose maximum replacement is changed from 5.298 to 2.391 mm,whieh meets the requirement on sag stiffness perfectly.
