TR-01稠油乳化降粘剂的研制及现场性能评价

Development and field performance evaluation of TR-01 emulsified viscosity reducer

针对河南油田井楼区块稠油,通过实验研究了自制乳化剂TR-01的稳定性,分析了矿化度对其降粘性能的影响等,确定了现场加药最佳浓度。实验结果表明,TR-01乳化降粘剂具有很好的乳化降粘作用(降粘率达到99%以上),配制成本也较低,对井楼区块油井的普遍适用性较强,是一种理想的稠油乳化降粘剂。

The stability of TR-01 emulsifier has been studied through experiment for Jinglou heavy oil in Henan Oilfield.The influence of salinity on viscosity reduction is analyzed,and the optimal concentration is determined for field application.The experiment shows that the viscosity reduction rate of TR-01 emulsified viscosity reducer is over 99%.TR-01 is low cost and applicable for most of oil wells in Jinglou block of Henan Oilfield.
