Now,the e-commerce is increasing its advantages on the commerce. Under this circumsta-nces, the enterprises face the choice of operator the e-commerce or not. If Zhili as an impotant of Production base of kids fashions want to win the good development ,it must operator the ecommerce. Through the survey toward the development of situation of e-commerce of Zhili and the analysis toward the e-commerce platform , hoping this article can give the development of e-commerce of Zhili inspiration and direct the direction of develoment and to find the operating mechanism of e-commerce in Zhili.
