摘要
[目的]逐步建立和完善社区护理临床规范教学内容和程序,提高护生教学质量。[方法]以访谈和调查表的形式,对实施规范教学内容和程序带教前后的80名南昌大学医学院护理本科生实习效果进行调查,所得数据进行统计学分析。[结果]经统计学分析,实施规范教学内容和程序前后学生自评、老师评价、社会评价有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]实施科学规范教学内容和程序进行带教,能够提高社区护理临床教学质量,带动社区护理临床师资队伍建设,增强学生的专业情感。
Objective. To establish and perfect the content and program of clinical normative teaching of community nursing gradually, so as to enhance teaching quality for nursing students. Methods: A total of 80 nursing students in medical college of Nanchang University were selected and investi- gated by interview or filling out questionnaire on their practice effect both before and after carrying out normative teaching content and program. Then data of all students were analyzed statistically. Results: Through statistical analysis, there were statistical significant differences in terms of self- evalu- ation of students, teachers" evaluation and social evaluation of students be- tween before and after carrying out normative teaching content and program (P^0.01). Conclusion. Carrying out scientific and normative teaching con- tent and program can enhance clinical teaching quality of community nursing, promote clinical teacher group construction of community nursing and strengthen the specialized affection of students.
