摘要 为提高采购效率,节约采购成本,保证准时供应,针对钢铁行业提出了一种基于采购物资属性的采购分组方法,在此基础上研究了采购策略。该采购分组方法以Kraljic模型为基础,根据钢铁行业特点,把采购物资的相关属性作为利润影响和供应风险的衡量指标,利用模糊综合评判方法对其进行了定量地度量。该研究应用在东北某特钢集团,表明了其有效性和实用性。 In order to improve the purchasing efficiency, save the purchasing cost and ensure supply on time, a purchasing portfolio based on purchasing materials characteristics for steel industry was proposed. On this basis, the purchasing strategy for steel industry was studied. The purchasing portfolio was established based on the Kraljic model, and according to steel industry characteristics, this portfolio regarded the purchasing material attributes as the measurement of profit impact and supply risk. The measurement method was quantified by using fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation method. The validity and practicability were demonstrated by its application in a steel group.
