摘要 轮胎模具花纹块造型主要是完成轮胎花纹的空间造型.花纹的造型是一个相对复杂的过程,通用的CAD平台并不适合花纹造型.阐述了一种基于UG构建的轮胎花纹块造型系统,通过对CAD平台的二次开发,设计了花纹线自动生成模块,简化了花纹造型过程,实现了轮胎模具花纹块的快速造型.实践证明该系统具有造型方便、快捷等特点,且对不同类型的花纹有很强的适应性,能满足不同用户的要求. The pattern space modeling is the most important part of tire treads pattern modeling. The pattern modeling is a complicated process, so general CAD platform is unsuitable for modeling. A tread pattern modeling system based on UG was described in this paper. Module of form- ing pattern automatically was designed through the UG secondary development. Using the module, the process of pattern modeling was simplified greatly and rapid product design can be realized for tire tread pattern. The application practices showed the system is convenience, easy for tire tread pattern modeling, and has wide adaptability to meet the needs of different users.
