摘要
高职教育是培养高素质技能型人才的摇篮，我院电力机车专门化人才培养体系是紧紧围绕技能型人才培养这一主线，在人才培养方案、实训基地和专业师资队伍的建设等方面做出了深入的研究和实践。
The high vocational education is the cradle of raising the high-skilled talents. With the training of high-skilled talents as the core, the training system of electric locomotive specialization personnel in our college has made a thorough research and practice in the personnel training plan, training base, professional teaching staff＇s construction and other aspects.
