摘要
在国内大批量一次攻丝1/4＂-7UNC-2B成型尚不多见，本文通过对车轴三孔专用机床分析，提出了实际有效的处理办法和改进意见，解决了因产品变化而致的设备改造问题。
Attacked silk in batch 1/4＂- 7 （UNC-2B） is still rare at home. Through the analysis on causes of malfunction of special purpose machines with Axle and three screw holes, this article proposes the practical approaches and advice for improvement, which can solve the problems of transformation resulted from products change.
