统计数据质量问题研究

统计数据质量是统计工作的生命，是统计信息、咨询、监督三大功能的基石。根据当前统计数据质量存在的问题，提出当前应当把提高数据质量摆到更加突出的战略地位，着重分析了统计数据质量下降的原因，提出提高和控制统计数据质量的对策。

Qualities of Statistic data are the life of statistic work. It is the cornerstone of the three functions of statistic information, advice and supervision. The article chiefly analyses reasons for the dropping down of qualities. It suggeets that data quality should be placed at a higher strategic position and provides countermeasures, measures and methods for the promotion of data qualities.
