浅议当前我国节能环保型风景园林建设的对策及措施

Discussion on Countermeasures of China Landscape Architecture with Energy Saving and Environmental Protection

作为科学发展观的一部分,生态和环保一直是中国高层十分关注的问题。风景园林行业作为中国国民经济和社会可持续发展的重要部门,完成国家环保、节能、降耗的强制性目标,是义不容辞的政治责任。结合风景园林行业的特点,建设部门的实际,国家及全球的发展目标,从建设节能环保型风景园林的意义、策略与方向3个方面来研究、探讨、提出对策及措施。

As a part of the Scientific Outlook on Development, much attention has been paid to ecology and environmental protection by China＇s top leaders. Landscape architecture plays important role in China＇s national economic and social sustainable development, so we should strive to achieve the mandatory targets of national environmental protection, energy saving and emissions reduction. Combined the characteristics of landscape architecture industry, the situation of construction department, and developing target at home and abroad, some measures to constructing landscape architecture with energy saving and environmental protection were put forward from three aspects.
