摘要
目的分析总结脾破裂的护理体会。方法对我科300例脾破裂患者入院前生命体征监测、快速开放静脉液路、心理护理、术前准备。结果300例患者都顺利入院，并痊愈出院。结论急诊科快速细致的入院前护理能提高脾破裂患者的生存率。
Objective： Study the emergency nursing treatment of splenic rupture. Methods： Treat 300 patients with monitoring vital sign, opening vein, psychological nursing, preoperative care before admission to hospotial. Result： 300 patients were admission to hospotial easily, and recoveried to leave hospital. Conclusion： We should give patients of splenic rupture emergency nursing treatment in time.
