摘要
目的探讨清开灵注射液治疗流行性腮腺炎的疗效。方法选取腮腺炎患者80例，随机分为治疗组、对照组．各40例，治疗1周后患者总体疗效进行评估，并对两组腮肿消退天数和退热天数进行比较。结果治疗组腮肿消退天数和退热天数均短于和显著短于对照组。结论清开灵注射液对腮腺炎有较好疗效，其对缩短腮腺肿大时间、减少发热天数有一定作用.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingkailing injection （QKLI） in treating mumps. Methods 80 patients were randomly put into control group and treatment group. Curative effect was summated evaluation before and at the end of third day of treatment. Results The time of subsidence of swelling of QKLI treatment group was shorter than the level of control group （P〈0.05）. the time of abatement of fever of QKLI treatment group was remarkably shorter than the level of control group. Conclusions The curative effect of Qingkailing injection in treating mumps was remarkable that the both time of subsidence of swelling and abatement of fever was shortened.
