卤米松乳膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病疗效观察

Therapeutic Obsevation of Halometasone Cream in the Treatment of Dermatitis and Eczema

目的观察卤米松乳膏治疗肛周湿疹，外阴瘙痒症，疥疮结节的治疗效果。方法分治疗组和对照组进行临床观察，治疗组用卤米松乳膏每日2次外用，对照组外用皮炎平软膏，每日2次，两组均同时内服抗过敏药物。结果3种疾病的临床效经统计学处理，X2检验结果，分别均为P〈0．05，说明治疗组（卤米松乳膏）的疗效明显优于对照组。结论卤米松膏外用耐受性好，安全性高。因此，卤米松软膏是治疗肛周湿疹，外阴瘙痒症，疥疮结节的外用良药。

Objective： To observe the cure effect of Halometasone Cream in the treatment ofperianal eczema, pruritus vulvae and scabies nodule .Methods： Treatment group and control group were divded to have clinical observation, treatment group used Halometasone Cream for extemal use, 2 times a day , control group used Piyanping ointent for external use , 2 times a day , the 2groups all took anti-allergenic drugs by oral administraton.Results： The clinical efficacies of the 3 kinds of diseases were through statistic treatment, and X2 examining results, P〈0.05 , the efficacy of Halornetasone Cream in treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclsions. The tolerability of Halometasone Cream for eatemal use was better, and higher safety.Therefore, Halometasone Cream was the better external medicine in the treatment ofperianal eczema, pruitus vulvae and scabies nodule.
