摘要
[目的]采用中西医结合方法治疗痛风病人,并进行病人外周血细胞因子的测定及观察治疗前后的变化,以探讨痛风泰颗粒剂对痛风的抗炎机制及预防措施。[方法]将60例痛风病人随机分为两组,其中治疗组35例以痛风泰颗粒剂结合双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊(戴芬)75mg治疗,每天1次,为期7d;对照组25例给予戴芬75mg治疗,每天1次,为期7d,观察药物对病人外周血细胞因子(IL-1β、IL-8)以及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿酸(BUA)、关节情况的影响。[结果]两组外周血细胞因子治疗前后均有异常表达,治疗后异常水平均有下降,治疗组治疗前后自身比较,两种细胞因子的下调均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组ESR、CRP治疗前后自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后组间比较,ESR、CRP、BUA差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]痛风泰颗粒剂治疗痛风,能够影响外周血异常细胞因子表达,对痛风病人临床症状和实验室指标均有一定改善作用。
Objective: To probe into the anti -inflammation mechanism and preventive measures of Tongfengtai granules (a mixture of Chinese medicinal herbs) on gout patients by adopting integrated TCM and western medicine method, changes of cytokines in peripheral blood of gout patients were determined and observed both before and after treatment. Methods: A to- tal of 60 gout patients were randomly divided into two groups. Test group patients (35 cases) were treated with Tongfengtai granules in combination with diclofenac sodium modified release capsules 75 mg once a day for 7 days. Patients of control group were treated with modified release capsules of diclofenac sodium only also 75 mg daily for 7days. Then the influences of drugs on peripheral blood cytokines (IL- 1t3 and IL- 8), ESR, C- reac- tive protein (CRP), blood uric acid (BUA), and conditions of joints of all cases had been observed. Results: Cytokines IL- l^3and IL- 8 in peripheral blood of both group patients expressed abnormally either before or after treatment, but the abnormal level of the two group decreased after treat- ment. However, there were statistical significant differences in terms of the lowers of IL - βand IL - 8 between before and after the treatment in test group (P〈0.01). In terms of ESR and CRP, there were statistical significant differences in both group between before and after treatment (P〈0. 01). There was statistical significant differences in terms of ESR, CRP and BUA between test and control group patients after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Tongfengtai granules to treat gout patients can influence cyto- kines expressions in peripheral blood of them, and may partially improve clinical symptom and laboratory indexes of them.
