摘要
虽然迄今为止我们对于教学艺术的认识并未达成共识,但无论从何种意义而言,孔子的教学毋庸置疑是可以称得上为教学艺术的。由于人的成就往往是人思想的现实化,因此文章就从孔子的思想境界"仁"和"仁"主宰下的教学实践两方面对其教学艺术进行了剖析,以此来启迪现代的教师在成长的过程中应该在哪些方面作出进一步的努力。
Although up to the present the understanding toward teaching art doesn't reach a consensus, no matter what meaning it is, there is no doubt that the teaching of Confucius can be refered as a teaching art. It is because a person's achievement is usually a reality of the person's thought. Therefore this essay tries to analyze the teaching art of Confucius from his ideological level "benevolence" and teaching practice dominating by "benevolence" ,so as to inspire contemporary teachers to make further effort from these espects in their growth.
