摘要
文章就教师的职业倦怠问题,从学校管理制度方面进行分析,指出学校科层管理制度在组织目标、管理等级、制度管理方面的不适应性导致教师职业倦怠,提出解决办法,即结合扁平化的管理和人性化管理,强调管理上的合作。
This thesis analyzes the problem of teachers' burnout from the school managemental system,pointing out that the maladjustment of the school bureaucracy leads to teachers' burnout in the organizational system,managemental level, systemic management, and putting forward the solution, which is combined with the flattening and humanizational management, emphasizing the cooperation in management.
