摘要
大学生就业情况关系到国家经济建设、社会稳定和人民群众的根本利益,关系到高校的持续、健康和协调发展。大学生就业指导教育工作直接影响学校的生存和发展,分析高校就业指导工作存在的问题,并思考、研究解决的对策,对于做好当前大学生就业工作有重要的现实意义。
The employment situation of university students is of great importance to the national economic construction, social stability and the fundamental interests of the masses of the people. It also has effect on sustained, healthy and coordinated develpment of the Universities. Therefore it is practically significant for the instructors of career in colleges to analyze the problems of guidance in employment and consider the countermeasures to solve them.
