A Research on Building Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students in New Times

和谐社会的建设离不开和谐师生关系的建立。近年来,由于高校扩招、市场经济对传统价值观的冲击等主客观原因的影响,高校师生关系趋紧。结合高校师生关系的现状分析,学校、教师和学生三方应共同努力,着力构建高校和谐师生关系。

The construction of a harmonious society needs to establish a harmonious teacber-student relationship.In recent years, with enrollment expansion,many problems which result from unbalance number of teachers and students make building harmonious relationship between teacher and student more important.Based on the present state of the relationship, efforts mustbe made together by college, teacher and students are beneficial to construct the harmonious relation between teachers and students, the ways and means to construct such a relationship are put fooward.
