摘要
为实现对飞机机体结构损伤的检测智能化、便携化,应用涡流检测技术、计算机技术和电子技术,研制了掌上式智能涡流探伤仪。应用该仪器对某型直升机尾桨叶接头螺栓孔和某型歼击机主起落架轮毂进行了检测,结果表明仪器达到了设计要求,满足了航空维修无损检测需要。
In order to realize the testing intelligence and portable of the naval plane structure damnification, we design Pocket Intelligent Eddy Current Testing Equipment which is based on Eddy Current testing, cumputer technique and e]eetronical technique,and use the system to test the joint bolt hole of a helicopter stroke oar leaf and the main undercarriage hub of a fighter plane. Result claims that the instrument comes to the.design demand, satisfies with the needs of aeronautical maintenance non-destructive testing.
