死胎的法律性质分析及民法保护研究——关于北京丰台区法院关于焦某死胎案的思考

近期来,许多学者对尸体的法律属性进行了分析和研究,但少有人对死胎进行分析研究。本文通过北京丰台区法院的一个案例,对死胎的法律属性,法律特征,侵害死胎方式,侵权责任方式进行了分析,以期起到抛砖引玉的效果。

Through a case judged by Beijing fengtai area court,this artice pay its attention to the legal attribute of still birth, the legal characteristic,the way of vialation to still birth, the infringement responsibility. I offers this ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas.
