摘要 通过SBS/岩沥青复合改性沥青的三大性能指标研究,分析了岩沥青和SBS的用量比变化对改性沥青性能的影响规律。结果表明:在改性沥青中有效成分用量不变的情况下,随着其中岩沥青用量比例的不断增大,改性沥青针入度的变化不大;改性沥青的软化点呈明显下降的趋势,即岩沥青与SBS复合改性对提高软化点的效果不如单独应用SBS的效果好;改性沥青的延度呈明显下降的趋势,且改性沥青的15℃延度的下降程度更为显著。适量添加岩沥青可在一定程度上提高SBS在基质沥青中的分散性。 The influence rule of the proportion of SBS/gilsonite on performance of modified asphalt is studied, through the research of three major performance indexes of SBS/gilsonite composite modified asphalt. The results show that: with a constant amount of active ingredient in modified asphalt, the penetration of modified asphalt changes little when the proportion of gilsonite increases; the softening point of modified asphalt shows a downward trend, that is to say, the effect of composite of gilsonite and SBS on the improvement of softening point is inferior to the effect of SBS itself; the ductility of modified asphah declines significantly, and its ductility at 15℃ declines even sharply. Adding proper amount of gilsonite could improve the dispersion of SBS in the matrix asphalt to some extent.
