摘要
介绍了诱导后即有完整停车信息下的多项logit停车选择模型,其中共有4个停车场属性的影响因素;构建了诱导前即无停车信息下的停车选择模型,包括停车寻泊路径选择的logit概率模型和把不确定信息下转化为不完美信息的停车场选择方法。在此基础上对一个算例进行了模拟分析,得到了诱导前和诱导后各路段上的车辆数、各停车场的车位利用率以及排队等待入库的车辆数。
In order to quantitatively analyze the effect and benefit of parking guidance information system and offer scientific basis to the decision-making before the implement of parking guidance information system, firstly, the muhinomial logit model of parking choice model with the whole parking information after guidance is introduced, which includes four influence factors of parking lots attributes ; and then the parking choice model without the parking information before guidance is constructed, which includes the logit probability model of parking route choice and the method of parking lots choice through transforming converting uncertain parking information into imperfect parking information. On the basis of above models, an actual example is simulated and analyzed, so the number of cars on the each section of street, the parking utilization rate of each parking lot and the number of cars waiting for parking before and after guidance are obtained.
