对藏语文专业改革的若干思考

Thinking to the Reform of Tibetan-major Classes

随着高等教育改革的不断深化,民族高等教育面临着新的严峻挑战。作为地方民族高校的藏语文专业来说,必须顺应社会发展,加快教育教学改革。本文从青海民族学院藏语文专业发展的实际出发,对人才培养目标、学科专业结构、师资队伍建设、教材建设等进行了思考,并提供了若干建议和看法。

With the advancement of the education reform, nationalities higher education is facing new challenges. The local nationalities high schools with Tibetan - major classes have to meet the needs of the society, and speed up the reform of the teaching methodology. Thus this article （ or essay） endeavors （ or tries） to reflect on the qualifications that should be given to the students, the organi- zation of specialized courses, the training of qualified teachers , the improvement of teaching materials, and it also provides the author point of view and suggestions on these questions.
