本文根据山东地勘局内部审计工作的经历，论述了在社会主义市场经济条件下，现代地勘企业中内部审计工作的地位、作用和审计内容。
Abstract: According to experience of internal audit in Shan Dong provincial bureau of geology and mineral resources, the article discusses position、role and content of internal audit in modern enterprises under social market economy, it also puts forward suggestion on strengthening and perfecting internal audit.
