摘要 基础教育改革的深入呼唤着教师的专业发展,教师专业发展在现实中面临许多困境。教学相长既是教学的核心问题,也是教师专业发展的中心环节,教学相长理论对教师专业发展具有十分重要的指导意义。教学相长视野下教师专业发展的模式应进行必要的转型,应强调为教而学、以研促教、互动反思等发展模式。 Great changes of elementary education calls for the teachers specialized development, which faces many dilemmas in realistic scenario. Teaching improves study and study improves teaching, practicing the theory is the key problem of teaching and didactical link of teachers specialized development. Studying the theory of teaching improves study and study improves teaching is significant to the teachers specialized development. Under this vision, The mode of the teachers specialized development should be made the transformation which means strengthening the mode of learning for teaching, promoting teaching by research, interdynamic reflections and so on.
