摘要
对在常温下及干燥冷藏条件下韭菜花粉活力进行了研究。试验结果表明，在常温下（28—30℃，RH80％～85％）韭菜花粉活力能保持5d；而在干燥（RH为45％）冷藏（4±2）℃条件下韭菜花粉活力保持时间更长，达45d左右。
The pollen vigour of chinese chieve was studied under normal condition and in dry cold storage. The results showed that the life-span of pollen under normal condition （30±2）℃ was 5 d, and was about 45 d in dry cold storge （4± 2）℃.
