新型蔬菜羽衣甘蓝种子发芽及生长特性和营养价值

摘要 以羽衣甘蓝品种couve monteiga为试材,研究了羽衣甘蓝在广州地区秋冬季种子发芽速度、种植生长特性及商品菜营养成分,试验结果表明,羽衣甘蓝属于高VC含量,高粗蛋白含量,高可溶性固形物含量,还原糖适中,硝酸盐含量比大宗常见叶菜低的蔬菜,适合广州地区栽培。 Seed germination rate, growth characteristics and nutrient composition of boreeole kale (Brassiea oleraeea vat. aeephala) were studied which were planted in fall and winter seasons in Guangzhou. The results showed that, borecole kale was a kind of vegetable with high vitamin C, high crude protein, high soluble solids, moderate reductive sugar content, and the nitrate content of borecole kale was lower than that of a large amount and familiar vegetable. Therefore, boreeole kale should be extended in Guangzhou area.
