摘要
由于思维方式、表达习惯以及饮食文化的不同,与西式菜名相比,中式菜名中有丰富的变异现象。文章分析了中式菜名中的语言变异现象和变异现象的文本功能,并提出了解决中式菜名中语言变异的翻译的层级功能对等方案。
Compared with Western food names,Chinese food names are translated in a way of foreignization because of different thinking patterns, expression habits, and various diet culture. The textual function of the variation is analyzed with proposals solving the level equivalence of the foreign version Chinese food names.
