劳动力个人所有是劳动力成为商品，劳动力市场形成的前提。劳动力所有权取决于劳动力生产和再生产的经济主体，在社会主义市场经济条件下，劳动力生产和再生产的经济主体是劳动者个人，因此，劳动力所有权归个人所有。劳动力个人所有对方场经济发展具有促进作用。

The Private ownership of labour forces is the premise for labour forces to be com- mercial and for the formation of labour forces market.The ownership of labour forces is decided by the economic subject of the production and reproduction of labour forces. In socialist market e- conomy, the eonomic subject of the production of labour forces is the labourer himself . There- fore, the ownership of labour forces is private, which has a promoting effect on the development of market economy.
