摘要
热油管道再启动过程是一种不稳定的变物性耦合流动。建立了不稳定过程变物性耦合流动的数学模型,利用编制的计算程序进行了计算,旨在研究再启动过程管路特性及沿线温度随时间及流量的变化规律。计算结果表明,再启动过程各时刻的管路压降与启动流量成正比,但达到稳定状态所经历的时间反而越短。
Restart process of hot oil pipeline is an unsteady property-variable coupling flow.A mathematical model is established and simulation calculation is conducted with developed computation software aiming at studying pipeline characteristics during restart and the intrinsic law of temperature along pipeline changed with time and flowrate.It is pointed out that pressure drop of pipeline is directly proportional to startup flowrate at different time sequences,but the time to achieve to a steady state flow is shorter instead.
